The questionaire's top section contains grammatical errors, unacceptable considering the app represents an educational institute. Also, the questions themselves don't specify who they're supposedly referred to. Though the top section already stated, it wasn't prominent enough, hence giving readers a feeling that the questions aren't complete. Students have seen this form several times over so they know what to expect, but letting poor work slide because everyone is used to it is a bad conduct.

This university promotes itself as an international school, but both the teachers and the workers there cant even speak proper English. And they have the audacity to teach English with a broken English accent, improper grammatical use of the syntax, and creating their own pronounciation for an English word. Even the english teacher in English 1 taught the class like she's an ESL student. Some teachers also use wikipedia, dont share files, and expect you to know everything before class. Terrible.
