Not a trustable company. In one of my trip to Estonia, their parking was 15€ max. per day (as advertised on their on site plates). But I managed to get 29€ fee, since I made in and out. I asked beforehand whether in and out would increase the cost. Their AI bot replied that in and out is OK as much we want and max. price will be 15€. Then later, when I complain, they replied to me that AI makes mistakes.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we're continuously working to improve our AI bot.

If something goes wrong, it will go wrong completely. I was parking with it practically every business day. But when mistakenly forgot to do it, will send fine. If you make mistake in fine payment, they will return money without a notice and will send it to collectors. Thank you, Barking! You were not happy that I'm paying you every day for more than a year? I won't anymore. Can't respod, so I'll edit it. Problem was not in your system, but support not willing to cooperate and blaming customer.

For every transaction, there's a charge of 0.2 EUR. Even if you wish to finish an already started wash by paying an extra 1 EUR, you'll be charged an additional 0.2 EUR. Moreover, there's no option to reclaim the unused balance. This system encourages users to pay in smaller amounts, subjecting them to a 0.2 EUR charge for each transaction. It seems a bit too profit-oriented. Do not recommend.

Hello! Our app charges an extra service fee after every 20 minutes or after 10€ are used up. So no extra service fee should be applied after every added 1€. If you were still charged, please contact our client support via email at info@snabb.ee or by calling +372 58114001 and we will look into it.
