Garbage. I never write reviews, but this is so bad I had to make an exception. In a city that relies on tourism, public transportation should be easy to understand, and use. Had I not asked the tourist information desk what bus number I needed, I would have never been able to reach my destination. The app doesn't work, and the website doesn't load. Google maps provided accurate and easy to use information.

Time schedule doesn't work for more than a month one one device, while still works ok with the same app version on another device. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Moreover, cleaning user data does not actually clean your data. For instance "favorite" bus stops and routes remains in the "favorites" menu even after cleaning user data and reinstall without logging into account.

The app doesn't work, even after the latest update...and yes, I have an Internet connection, despite the apps insistance that I don't, and used that connection to download the update. Go figure! The website doesn't work either, on my phone or desktop. Waste of space, which is a pity as it was excellent last year
