I rented a bike yesterday and parked it outside my hotel. 80 mins of riding cost me 2zl. Now that's a very good price. However, the only complaint is that I was not notified that there was a zl5 parking fee. If there would be a pop-up saying 'You will incur a fee if you don't park in the parking zone' then i would admit it is my mistake. However, the bike was exelent. It shifted gears nicely and I loved the fact that i didn't have to touch the physical break to break. The bell was cool.

Informacja o konieczności uiszczenia dodatkowej opłaty za pozostawienie roweru poza preferowaną strefą zwrotu znajduje się w cenniku w aplikacji, na stronie internetowej oraz w Regulaminie. Natomiast dziękujemy również za sugestię umieszczenia jej jako funkcjonalności aplikacji, jest to warte rozważenia.

Confusing interface, pause button should appear before the bike has to be physically locked, because the app very often glitches and doesn't even show this option (resulting in fees). Please fix.

Bike #2021315 was the topping on the cake for the malfunctioning bikes roove has in the street of Poland. The brake was not working and I realized that after I almost hit someone, nor was the bell. The latch to close the bike at the end of the ride started out first as a joke until almost every passerby came to help me with closing it which proved abortive. A ride of six minutes, took 20 minutes. Finally, a shop opposite came up with a brilliant idea and helped with lubricant.
