Multiple times now that socialschools stopped sending e-mail notifications of new messages. Each time I notice this, when my children miss something again.., I have to contact their support and they start sending again. Literally the only service I know where it is more difficult to receive newsletters than to unsubscribe. Many parents have this issue and miss updates given socialschools' FAQ and standard answer and solution. A friendly advice: just fix this so that Newsletters are always sent.

I see the picture of another parent connected to my name in the list view, picture is actually associated with multiple parents. Also I cannot upload my own despite permissions given. - - issue solved within 24 hrs

Thank you very much for reporting this issue. We have been able to reproduce it and released version 2.5.3 yesterday which fixes this issue.

The app seems to start an instance of your default browser, and logging in does not work when that browser is Firefox Focus.
