About this game

Farkle is a dice game which is same or similar to Zilch, Zonk, Hot Dice, Greed, 10000 Dice Game. Sometimes it is also spelled as Farkel.

The aim of the farkle game is to roll the dice and accumulate 10000 points.

The Farkle game play is as follows:
1. At the beginning of each turn the dices are rolled.
2. After each roll, one of the scoring dice must be locked.
3. The player can then either end their turn or bank the accumulated score so far or they can continue rolling the remaining dices.
4. If the player gets a score on all six dice, it is called a "hot dice" after which the player continues with a new roll on six dices which is added to the accumulated score. And there is no limit to "hot dices".
5. If however, none of rolled dices has a dice score they player gets a Farkle and loses all the points in that turn. Getting too greedy might be dangerous sometimes.

You can play our Farkle in three modes - Single Player, Versus Computer or Versus Another Player (Local 2 player). The game also includes a guide to help you with the rules of Farkle.

The game is totally offline and is quite addictive.

Ratings and reviews

The only thing preventing me from rating 5 stars is having to click "Continue" after EVERY players turn. If there was an option to disable that feature that would be great. And the "Click on the cup to roll the dice" really only needs to be shown once. Other than that it's an awesome app, the graphics are outstanding and it's a great way to kill time.

I really enjoy playing Farkle and this app does a pretty good job of simulating the game. It's very simple and straightforward. No bells and whistles here. The "Continue" button between each turn is unnecessary and gets to be annoying after a while. It would be nice if it included rule options (like score of 700 to open, play to 10,000, etc.) and the ability to toggle on/off features like the "Continue" button.

This app is not designed to be fair or accurate. The AI doesn't Farkle but maybe once out of 25-30 rolls. It always rolls better scores then I do and it always seems to win by 100 points or so. Very one sided. I Uninstalled the app after being frustrated by the way app was designed to always win. Total waste of time and effort. Zero stars.
