I really like the game but can't understand how it works. puzzles are to hard to even get out of the 1st story. and it doesn't explain nothing.

I am obsessed with this game but have had such issues and have contacted the app support team in the hope that it would be addressed but nothing!! This is the reason for the harsh rating - putrid support!!! AND AGAIN- I downloaded the game again and this time I've recorded that the game doesn't allow the ads to run so I can gain a booster and find something I was struggling to locate and rather than load the add it takes credit from the accumulated credit and immediately loads the boost! FIX PLS

Update: was fun, but now it won't open the second level so you can't progress. Uninstalled. Cute and fun to play, but the ads are excessive. There's no reason for an ad every 10 seconds.
