This is the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't work without permission to take all my contacts and media storage info. I don't want my information sold, and I don't need my device contacts to be included in or combined with my VRS contacts. I also requested a password reset but got an email with nonsense. Are they in kindergarten? Even little kids know more English than whoever wrote that email.

White screen with red top bar frozen all the time all day... you have to use Force stop to start re opening app... and screen don't flash most of time. I always miss call. Poor design... they need to avoid Ives platform.

first problem is that I am not Deaf or hard of hearing etc but would to communicate with my Deaf son who does prefer this app. .why do I have to lie to sign up?? Second...when you send me an activation code I lose the capacity to go back and put it in. i end up creating my account again...ridiculous!
