I have used this calculator to do calculations on my Circuit Analysis 1 class, PreCalculus Algebras, Welding Symbols and Specifications class, and daily. I cannot say enough good things about it. It's easy to read and understand, it's equation display is touch-screen. The free version even gives you colors schems. Calculating fraction equations and decimals is just a snap of the fingers it's so easy. If I keep using this calculator, I'll definitely upgrade, but for now it's served me well.

Maybe it's just how the actual calculator works, but you can't go back after entering an equation & put a part of it in a square/n-root, & unlike every other calc I've ever used you can't do a √(...) to put everything you want under the root in the parenthesis, as it doesn't use them in the typical way. You have to press the right key to space away from it when you're done with what you want under it. Just too unintuitive & different from other calcs & unable to modify equations.

App is *nearly* perfect. The calculator it is based on is the best electrical engineering calculator on the market. However, a couple features are not carried over. 1) Need to model the directional pad functions more closely, i.e., up key gives next line above, enter brings selected line to active focus, shift+direction moves to end of line. 2) Make shift menus responsive to number press selections, i.e., "2nd" + "complex" + "1" gives polar angle symbol. Very close to the perfect calculator app.
