Firstly congratulations on launching the app🎉. The app looks great even the way it is designed, but it has a lot problems 😔. We can't properly drag the pieces, it lags. Premove means the piece show moved in an instant but surprisingly it takes 2 seconds, pls fix it. Further I lost my rating a lot without even playing a match, my opponent didn't play, the game showed it's due to inactivity of the opponent but I lost the rating ☹️

Well made and implemented, hopefully it can become a real compititor in the monopolised mobile chess market. Finding varieties of real-time game modes is unintuitive, and there's not enough of them. Main issue is that the whole USP of this platform is poorly explained, and the option to buy your way in gives it a pay-to-win/play feel that's extremely off-putting. An engaging newcomer tutorial/explaination would go a long way. Daily game-modes are non-existent, or very well hidden.

i played few games on your web sites and that really cool(graphic and every thing)but this app is s*cks. if you use dark mode on the phone all pieces are white no black pieces. i cant move my pieces fast soo lagging it took forever to move to the selected square which is so horrible(i use fast anime) . i haven't experiance it any of other two major apps so its not my mobile or connection issue its this buggy app. i lost my ratingS because of trying play with this buggy app. 0 out of million.
