The app is only good for spot checks on documents. you can't save anything, id cards without logging in doesn't work, no biometric log in. The app is relatively dated and doesn't offer conveniences that most major insurance providers offer. You're better booking marking the website for the most part.

There is a bug. Currently user is not able to click to view auto id/member cards from login page when saved from within the app. The app does not allow screenshot either so there is currently no way to show your insurance information if pulled over. please fix asap.

they keep raising my rates $15 every 6 months even though I have no tickets or wrecks on my record and 0 points on my license. I've been with them 2 years in December but I'm probably switching to Geico because it will be $100 cheaper per month. I currently pay $213/month for full coverage for a 2002 Acura MDX that i own... of course last month they charged me $253 oh and there's a yearly "fee" of $30 charged in August. they also just started charging $4.95 to use my debit card over the phone.
