my 4 year old somehow made a 40$ purchase on this app and I've been spending the last 3 days trying to get a refund. every time I email them they just send me an automated email response telling me to update the app but the app doesn't need to be updated. it was my last 40$ that I desperately needed for gas. apparently customer service is non existent for this company.

Somewhat fun, but too many ads for such short levels. Pooe controls leave a lot to be desired. Side quests are annoying, to which the new trail unlocked didn't do anything (except make me watch a long ad). The menu bar on the side blocks the dog, so it is annoying, you could design it better. And game has not showed me any intricate puzzles like what was shown on the play store.

I actually was really enjoying the gameplay but the ads forcing you to click to open the play store before being able to get out of the ad(even when it has already forced open the play store already) was getting far too annoying and very frustrating.
