The DAW FieldService app is the tool to easily and digitally record activities, working hours and materials.
There is no need to keep paper documents or enter information multiple times. You benefit from a processing flow without

- Order scheduling in DOCUframe®: Administration of orders and assignment to employees
- The order then appears in a list in the respective app
- The required articles from the DOCUframe® merchandise management are made available in the app
- Additional materials can be added in the DAW Service App
- Recording of travel and service times (BDE, PZE)
- To complete the order, record a customer signature
- Direct, digital dispatch of the signed service slip to the customer
- Digital transmission of all order data to DOCUframe
- Continuation of the order e.g. in an invoice
- Archiving of all order information
