I had an appointment booked in and it wasn’t made clear that they needed every permission active on my device (notnjust camera and microphone) When the doctor called I tried accepting all permissions but it kept flipping back to the call screen. Since I couldn't answer in time I received a message stating that my appointment was cancelled. There was no option for me to respond explaining my difficulty either. Hugely disappointing!

The phone call was on time, I was given clear and appropriate information that answered all my questions and a recommendation for how to move forward. Great service, I will definitely use Livi again, if needed... especially as my local GP practice was unable to offer me an appointment until 5 weeks time.

Appointment was delayed by an hour then cancelled after I didn't pick up the call within 5 seconds. The service might be useful for some basic inquiries but is a terrible substitute for the long-term healthcare relationships a local GP used to be able to offer.
