Intergraph's Mobile Responder extends our industry-leading computer-aided dispatch (I/CAD) to smartphones and tablets. It’s an easy-to-use, lower-cost option that improves safety and productivity by giving field personnel constant access to CAD. With Mobile Responder, you can view incident details, receive and acknowledge messages, update status, query databases, and more. Our native app performs better than browser-based solutions, and incorporates native device capabilities, such as push notifications, GPS, and the camera.

This application uses GPS location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

This is a proprietary product to Intergraph/Hexagon Corporation. It is not intended for individual use. With that said, the product is really great. The latest version allows for customization per agency. Excellent product for command staff to use to monitor situations while on the go. Smaller agencies that are financially strapped have found it very cost effective when you compare the cost a a laptop and docking station to an iPad or cell phone, you just cut your costs by $2000 per unit.

it is not letting me login but is still tracking my location. I really hate the constant error messages.

Constantly getting connection issue error. Unable to connect device or server may be offline. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and now not working more than it is working.
