Horrible experience. Bought 1 year subscription but barely was able to usenit foe a month. When I changed my phone, it failed to recognize my emil id or phone number. And where I called support, they asked to log im through multiple means(which I had already done) and asked to raise a ticket on the app

Not user friendly. After paying the subscription, activation doesn't happen automatically. Keep trying till we succeed.
