The app is good, but PSPCL's response is lacking. Complaints are often marked "Resolved" when the issue persists. Inadequate power supply requires linemen, who are rarely available, especially during summer, causing frustration. This issue needs prompt attention.

This app is designed and used for complaints but it never works. Yes, you can register your complaints but what is the benefit of registration a complaint if it won't be resolved. Your complaints are marked resolved without any action. 1. Was facing power outi for one phase other phases were working. Registered complaints multiple times. Took more than 18 hrs to resolve and same issue happened after 3 days and even more time taken to resolve but every time it complaint, it was marked resolved.

Worst app ever. Every time you start the process for complain,server error pop up. Not even a single helpline of punjab state electricity board work properly neither they response on telephone nor on the watsapp message numbers.
