They are approachable to customer relation services, they have unique system, fast delivery and pick up of boxes, they are telling schedules of vessel departures, loadings and cut off dates. They have the satisfying and recomendable services for all of the OFW around the world. Its my 1st time on sending cargo but I put my trust of my cargo to them. Most recommended cargo company.

I tried booking a box for delivery but after waiting for my appointed date I got no notification for the arrival of the box. So I called the company and they told me that it will only come after 3 days. So the app is a waste of time. They told me to update the app but I only just downloaded it 3 days ago so there was no new update. Please improve it.

No real-time tracking, so you don't know where's your package is exactly. They only put an estimated date of delivery. The customer service chat is useless and only depends on the tracking of the app as well.
