Ratings and reviews

This app is absolute junk. Worked for about a week, and now, most of the time, it will show an error code when you try to open or especially close the door. The door opening notification never works even though it's turned on. For such a basic app design, it has too many problems. My chamberlain app on my old opener was 100x's better. To the designers, take some pride in your work and fix the thing, or scrap and redesign a new one. You should be embarrassed with what you offer.

Upgrade from 10+ year (v0.1) garagio. App operation and install roughly the same. Like the option to change from swipe. And beeper at the door when closing from the app. Would not program to wifi using Samsung S20. Figured out the phone in dark mode seems to toggle the flashing screen polarity. Turning on Android system display light mode worked. Tiny QR code on sensor could never be read. So had to hand enter the numbers.

**Update: The new update has fixed the issue and I'm able to open and use the app as designed. Thank you for the quick response and fix! I would definitely recommend this app moving forward. After the update, the app continuously crashes whenever I try to open it on my Google Pixel 2XL. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without resolution. At this point I would not recommend this app (or subsequently this opener) to anyone with a Google phone.
