Ratings and reviews

Very buggy app. Does not pull customer data from reservations. You have to manually input the phone number of the guests. You cannot attach any photos or files due to permission issues even though permissions are granted. There is no cut and paste functionality. And any text longer than a few sentences severely slow down the app and typing and responsiveness

This app will not give my notifications any sound anymore. I cannot hear anything when new messages come in. I keep telling Breezeway this and they just keep saying it's my device. Well, now I just went and bought a brand new phone and still no sound. Fix it, Breezeway!!

Super slow to load. Lag time is high! Makes communicating with guests difficult at times. However the positives outweigh the negatives still.
