The app always don't seemed to recognise the earpiece even after it managed to confirm the product the first time round. Each time you open the casing it will ask to check again. And the battery keeps draining even when not in use. Please do something about it. These earphones don't come cheap. I did hear from the product rep that teething issues are still in progress. So I'm hopeful. From Singapore.

As with other customers my experience is extremely disappointing given the price of this equipment. Firstly the charging is poor. Sometimes after overnight charging one bud is 100% and the other is 7%. The devialet store gave me no support (Hong Kong ) as I didn't buy them from their store. Also although the sound quality is good it often crackles or completely disappears intermittently. I couldn't recommend these to anyone based on my experience

Poor quality for the brand it represents. I've tried to love these headphones as I own devialet speakers. Although sound is clear and crisp there are many issues that make me go to my sonys. Battery drain is fast. Sometimes one ear bud is 50% lower than the other. Doing a reset can often bring values back up but this demonstrates its a tech/firmware issue. When you mess with the presets, there can be a popping sound as I guess the sound is being limited. This is very annoying. I could go on...
