I work in non emergency medical transport and so far my experience has been positive. Once in a great while this app will have you start your trip back in a new location, without a warning, instead of where you dropped off your client. I take multiple clients each day, sometimes two at a time and no issues there. I use Google maps along with the MAS app.

I am unable to use the app😤 I'm able to log in but once I get to the two part authentication section and I enter the code it just sits there I press the submit button several times but to no avail. I usually just log in to the website or call to arrange trips this app is useless at this point 😒🙄

This app is just for the Drivers, NOT the Clients. I'm a MAS client, and I wanted to use this app to schedule my trips. Somehow, I did manage to get to the client site. But then I logged off and couldn't get back to it. Then, I actually took a good look at the app title - MAS Trips (Driver App). This app is just for the drivers, not the clients. Which is a real bummer.

We update our app regularly to make your rides even better. Every update includes improvements in speed and reliability, as well as bug fixes and performance improvements. Version 3.0.0 includes changes to the location plugin to help improve GPS collection and ride recording.
