A service that connects employees and residents to areas where it is available, connecting to TCL network connection points, neighboring town centers, or shopping centers.

From a meeting point or a TCL network stop (bus, metro, or tram stops), you can connect to network stops or another meeting point within the defined area.
To access this service, you must present a valid TCL ticket, depending on the area served:
- in the Vallée de la Chimie, Mi-Plaine, and Techlid areas, you must have an occasional ticket or a "zones 1 and 2" or "all zones" pass.
- in the Villefranche Beaujolais-Saône metropolitan area, you must have an occasional ticket or a valid zone 4 pass.
You will travel in a 6- to 8-seater vehicle marked "TCL à demande" or a minibus (in Villefranche-sur-Saône).
This service operates:
• in the Vallée de la Chimie, Mi-Plaine, and Techlid areas: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (except public holidays)
• in the Villefranche Beaujolais Saône metropolitan area:
o "Activity Zones" on-demand transport operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
o "Southwest" and "Northwest" on-demand transport operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
o "Evening" on-demand transport operates Monday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays*, between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
o The "Sundays and Public Holidays" on-demand transport service operates on
Sundays and public holidays* from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Access to the TAD service is prohibited for minors under the age of 6.
However, on certain TAD lines (Vallée de la Chimie, Mi-Plaine, and Techlid), access is prohibited for minors under the age of 16, unless accompanied by a legal guardian or responsible adult.
How do I book a trip?
1 - Log in to the TCL A LA DEMANDE app, on the website tad.tcl.fr, or contact Allo TCL at 0426121010.
2 - In the Villefranche metropolitan area, book my trip 30 minutes before departure or up to 30 days in advance. In other areas, I book my trip 15 minutes before my departure or up to 4 weeks in advance.
3 - I enter my departure and arrival addresses.
4 - I select a departure or arrival time slot.
5 - I receive a suggested pick-up and drop-off point (TCL network stop or TCL A LA DEMANDE meeting point).
6 - I confirm my reservation.
7 - I evaluate my trip once it's complete.
What happens on the day of my trip?
1 - I receive a message 15 minutes before the start of the reserved time slot, confirming the exact time of my trip and the pick-up location. The TCL A LA DEMANDE app allows you to view the vehicle's approach in real time and indicates the best pedestrian route to get to your meeting point. 2 - Please arrive at your departure point 2 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The driver will be there exactly on time! Don't miss it!
3 - When the vehicle arrives, wave to the driver and identify yourself to confirm your pickup.
How do I change or cancel a trip?
You can change or cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes in the Techlid, Mi-Plaine, and Vallée de la Chimie areas and 30 minutes in the Villefranche metropolitan area before the pickup time.
In the event of a delay or unforeseen circumstances, we invite you to cancel your trip.
