not sure what's going on the past month or so, but my mobile app stopped working. and no longer alerts me when I have posts that need to be manually pushed through Instagram. when I click publish it says downloading content and just continues to try and download it for minutes on end... what is going on? this is really making my job harder since I can't get content pushed through.

this is the most painful most difficult. this app does nothing but even when you're on their website trying to create a post and try to schedule. it's just a nightmare. I can't even stand using this company. horrible. it's not user friendly. it's not easy to use. maybe the people that built it find it easy but it's not to a consumer move on people.

Would love to give a better rating but there is so much missing from the app. It doesn't validate whether a post is valid before you submit, and spews random errors ( why don't you validate file sizes as they're submitted?). If you don't have mobile notifications turned on for Instagram, it fails to post and junks the whole post. Lost 30 minutes+ of work twice in a row at no fault of my own. This service needs more testing for sure.
