Welfare Group is the Mediatip application created for employees who benefit from corporate welfare and for users participating in initiatives of private or public bodies for the valorization of the territory. Each employee is automatically redirected to the app customized for their company. The application allows the use of virtual wallets to purchase offers on the platform.
By downloading the application you will be able to access the company welfare, meal vouchers and fringe benefits section, spend the money that the company has uploaded for you to your personal wallet and benefit from the additional modules activated for you. If, however, you participate in an initiative promoted by an organisation, you will be able to take advantage of the services and promotions made available to registered users.
Welfare Group directly manages corporate welfare and fringe benefits services, other services are managed in some cases by dedicated platforms connected to our app, some are free while others must be purchased by the company and made available to employees.
Connections, where possible, are managed via a redirect and without the user having to re-enter their passwords, ensuring a smooth experience.
Inside the application there is always an "online shopping" section through which the employee can purchase, with his credit card, dedicated offers with discounts from 20 to 70% compared to the price list.
Inside the app there are thousands of commercial partners with their offers, each offer present is compatible with current regulations.
Where required by law, for company welfare, it is also possible to report the expenses incurred for yourself and your family members.
