Vianova One is the application that integrates all Vianova UCC and Mobile services, to communicate and collaborate anywhere.
In the Mobile version, available on this store, Vianova One allows you to:
- make and receive calls from your smartphone, with your company extension and your Vianova Mobile number, even where there is no coverage, using the WiFi network
- collaborate via company chat and video conferences from a single platform
- use VIP Call to divert calls to an assistant who answers for you and passes only the most important calls to you
- set the phone number (mobile, UCC extension or anonymous) to be shown during a call
- have an always updated address book with your colleagues' contacts at hand
- manage multiple calls at the same time that you can alternate, transfer or join into a conference
- record your calls, save them on your device and listen to them directly from the app
- monitor the consumption of your Vianova SIM in real time

The Vianova UCC and Vianova Mobile services are developed internally and hosted in Vianova's Italian Data Centers. This allows us to offer a scalable and secure communication platform, ideal for protecting corporate conversations and ensuring business continuity in companies of all sizes and sectors.

Vianova One is also available for Windows and Mac. In combination with a Vianova UCC Collaboration license, it allows you to use your switchboard number on your PC, start calls with one click and use all collaboration services (chat, desktop sharing and video conferences).

associated with a Vianova Mobile phone number or a UCC Collaboration license.
