Check feedback on properties listed on Rakumachi and properties proposed to investors from your smartphone.
Check feedback even when you're out and about and respond immediately.

2. Get real-time notifications of new information with push notifications
Receive push notifications in real time when you receive feedback or messages.
This makes it easier to notice feedback, speeding up your response time.

3. Easily reply with templates and even attach files!
Registering message templates allows you to quickly and easily reply by selecting a template.
Adding PDFs or images of property documents to templates allows you to easily send documents on the go.

4. Use the video call feature to negotiate face-to-face with investors across Japan!
You can video call investors who have inquired with you within the Rakumachi app. (Free)
