About this app

★ "Takenou-kun 2" uses the terminal's camera or Bluetooth barcode reader to scan barcodes, allowing you to perform time-consuming and troublesome inventory tasks easily, quickly, and accurately as if you were using a calculator. It's an app.
* The types of barcodes that can be read by the Bluetooth barcode reader depend on the barcode reader.
★ Inventory data scanned with a barcode can be reflected in an inventory management system.

◆Main functions◆
　　· It is a simple design that just reads the barcode of the product with a smartphone and key in the inventory quantity as if using a calculator.　　
(The JAN code is read with a standard camera. Even inexperienced people can use it easily.)
*The type of barcode that can be read by the Bluetooth barcode reader depends on the barcode reader.

　　· You can check the inventory data of the day in a list display on your smartphone, and you can also correct the inventory quantity.

· You can export the confirmed inventory data in CSV file format.
　　　⇒Reading with Excel etc. allows for full-fledged inventory management.

· Inventory can be done for each of multiple bases. In addition, inventory can be performed by setting each person in charge of inventory.

　　·In inventory-kun 2 [master version], you can update various master data on the smartphone side.
You can make new (modify/add/delete).
*By using this function, master data can be prepared on the spot and in a timely manner, improving the efficiency of inventory work.

◆ First, let's move "Inventory-kun 2" ◆
① Click the "Master update" button at the bottom right of the menu screen that appears when you first launch the "Takenou-kun 2" app.

(2) By doing this, the sample data prepared in advance will be registered as the master data of the "Takenou-kun 2" app.

　　· The "Kanoku-kun 2" app uses three types of master data. The name and data of each master are as follows.

Base master: base ID, base name
　　　　　　　　　　　　　*The site ID is the ID of the site specified on the start screen of "Takenou-kun 2".

　　　　Person in charge master: Person in charge ID, Person in charge name
　　　　　　　　　　　　　※The person in charge ID is the ID of the person in charge specified on the start screen of "Takenou-kun 2".

　　　　Product master: product code, product name, product standard, product classification, selling price
　　　　　　　　　　　　　※The product code is the code set in the barcode to be read.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　※Product specifications, product categories, and sales prices can be set arbitrarily.

★The folder, which stores the master data for the sample, is automatically created in the internal storage of the smartphone on which "Takenou-kun 2" is installed.　　

*The automatically created folder has the following folder structure.

　　・[Product version] ・・・\Android\data\jp.co.istechno.istinventory_BK\files\master

*This folder contains the following master data, each containing sample data for each master.

《How to create master data》　
　　　・There are two ways to create master data.

(A) How to create master data on the PC side and transfer it to the smartphone side for registration
　　　　　　*The same applies when updating (modifying, adding, or deleting) master data.

(B) How to directly edit (correct/add/delete) the master data on the smartphone side
　　　　　　※This function is installed in Inventory Kun 2 [Master Version]. It cannot be used in the normal [Product version] or [Trial version] of Inventory Kun 2.

(A) How to create master data on the PC side and transfer it to the smartphone side for registration

(1) After creating and editing master data in Excel, export it as file data in CSV format

(2) Transfer (export) the master data on the PC side to the smartphone

*Replace the master data in CSV format created in (1) with the master data on the smartphone side connected with a USB cable.

*The master data on the smartphone side to be replaced is the following master data in the folder of the internal storage.

(3) Register master data in the "Takenou-kun 2" app

　　　　・Press the "Master update" button at the bottom right of the menu screen that appears first when the "Takenou-kun 2" app starts.

　　　　· The master data transferred to the smartphone in (2) is the master of the "Takkenou-kun 2" app
　　　　　You can use the "Takenou-kun 2" application that uses master data that is registered as data and created and registered on the computer side.

(B) How to directly edit (correct/add/delete) the master data on the smartphone side

(1) Inventory-kun 2 [Master] When you press the "Edit Master" button from the menu screen displayed after logging in to the app, the master selection screen will be displayed, so select and specify the master to edit.

(2) The contents of the already registered master will be displayed, so edit (modify, add, delete).

◆ Output of inventory scan data ◆

· When you press the "Inventory scan data output" button from the menu screen, the data of the inventory results will be output as the following CSV data in the folder of the internal storage of the smartphone.

*The date and location are the date and location specified on the "Inventory scan data output" screen.

・The following contents are output in this data.

Serial number, registration date and time, site ID, site name, person in charge ID, person in charge, product code, product name, standard,

・Connect the smartphone and the computer with a USB cable, etc., and import this data to the computer.
Then, it can be used as inventory data for inventory management systems, etc.

◆ Differences between Inventory-kun 2 [Trial version], Normal [Product version] and Inventory-kun 2 [Master version] ◆

・[Trial version] is limited to 20 items of product data that can be registered in the product master.
Also, it is not possible to update various master data on the smartphone side.

・[Product version] has no restrictions on the product data that can be registered, but it is not possible to update various master data on the smartphone side.

・The [master version] has no restrictions on the product data that can be registered, and it is possible to update various master data on the smartphone side.

・There are no functional differences other than the above. The same functions can be used for each.
