Should NOT use this app if you want to use it for free. This is not free chat app. Can't read the messages before 2 months. They updated really worse. They don't have any customer service for free plan. Really disappointed company. Upgrade rate is in 500 JPY / 5 USD. I REALLY HATE THIS. If you made a payment with JPY, you should make your account from website of Japanese ver.. Otherwise, you can't switch the payment currency. Upgrade rate for US ver. is much more expensive than one of JP ver.

I really do enjoy this app. My friends and I don’t use it for company businesses but this app is so helpful to stay in touch with everyone in the group. We have roughly 20 people in one chat and chatwork makes it easy to maneuver and send messages.

Chatwork is a messed up platform, confusing, with ads in the chats, and if u want to have more than 14 chats u have to pay, I don't recommend it. Facebook offices use asana, I have to use it in some projects, way better. I also recommend slack or discord depending ur company.
