カスタマーサポートめっちゃひどい、入力中なのにチャート終了された。二回目はまだ終わってないのに、自動アンケート始められた。 terrible customer service. they closed the chat as I was typing the question and all the question lost. then 2nd time they started automated survey despite I wasn't done.

I transferred money to one of my friends paypay old account he can't login since he lost the old Sim card number we called togather to the support they can't speak English, I translated they registered the case but no solution is provided yet after 3 months. Paypay is financial company with Worst support don't waste your time and money better to use other apps atleast there are responsible to secure customers sender and receivers money.

I had a lot of trouble verifying my identity using my My Number card because it gave an error saying the name didn't match my ID. I had to delete and recreate my account but I was finally able to do it. If you can clear the ID process, PayPay lets you cash out to your bank account which the other services don't. Still I only really use it because everyone else does, otherwise I don't think I'd bother. Customer service is not helpful.
