(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to grant you a license to use this service. Please agree to and accept the terms and conditions of these Terms before using this service. Please note that by beginning to use the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, if you are a minor or other person with limited legal capacity, you must obtain the prior consent of your legal guardian or other legal representative before using the Service. If a person with limited legal capacity uses the Service, you will be deemed to have obtained the consent of their legal guardian.

(Warranty)

2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages incurred by the Customer as a result of running other applications while using the Service.

(Prohibited Acts)

Article 3: Customers must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations

(2) Acts that falsely state the existence of an affiliation or cooperative relationship with the Company or a third party

(3) Acts of redistributing, leasing, or selling the Service to others

(4) Acts of decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing or adapting the Service

(5) Acts of transferring or leasing the status, rights, or obligations of a customer to a third party

(6) Acts of providing benefits to or otherwise cooperating with anti-social forces

(7) Acts that attempt any of the acts listed above, acts similar to any of the acts listed above, acts that may fall under any of the acts listed above, or acts of providing information on the posting of text or data that contains any of the acts listed above (including cases where such acts are being committed by others)

(Intellectual Property Rights)

Article 4: All copyrights, patents, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights (including the right to obtain patents, utility model registrations, design registrations, and trademark registrations), and all other intellectual property and other rights related to all information, software, programs, trademarks, trade names, and related technologies related to the Service belong to the Company or its licensors. (Customer Service)

Article 6: Support provided by the Company to customers regarding the Service shall be provided in Japanese.

2. Customers shall contact and inquire with the Company only using the methods specified by the Company.

(General Provisions)

Article 7: In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the Company in connection with the Service, the parties shall negotiate in good faith.

2. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations between the parties pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance, depending on the amount of the claim.

3. Even if any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid due to a violation of the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws, the remaining parts shall remain valid to the maximum extent not contrary to such laws.

4. These Terms and Conditions and all related legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
