Ratings and reviews

Every time I try to login the app with my username and password. It shows me the error "you have entered an invalid username or password" before it used to be fine. Visited the nearest kplc off and I was told system issues, and to keep on trying after some time. Is there any support team from kplc who can assist me on this. If there is some one good, if not then this app is useless for me

If only it managed payments and actual self service like self reading.

My meter no. does not exist yet I use it to buy tokens all the time. This is a joke
