Ratings and reviews

not allowing users to vote for each member of a group is misleading and unfair. if you are advertising that users can vote for and support a group but then excluding individual members, that is essentially false advertising. with all the other issues this app has, it is not worth keeping it if we aren't even given the chance to properly vote/support our artists. BTS is 7! this app is trash!

at first the app was fine, I didn't have any problems. now the time events don't work. every single time I click to watch the ads for the time events, they either never load or the ads do play but when I click the exit button (after watching the ad thru) it says I'll lose my reward. how is this fair when I followed the directions?!?!? fix this as it voting time now and this hindering me from doing that!

Slow, painstakingly slow. It crashes suddenly. Sometimes it doesn't let you buy rainbow starts, just doesn't work. In the end this up just ends up being just as unfair as many other's, they don't know how to detect for clone apps. Sometimes votes seem to freeze for no reason and apparently they are awarded to other groups. It's a headache we spend lots of time and effort given to an app yet it's so badly made it just feels like it works against you.
