The Android operating system uses an authorization system to access specific features or data on the app. The first time there is a need for the following authorizations for the app, you will be notified to grant permission.
To help you understand the authorizations used by WAUG app, we will explain the main reasons why each authorization is requested. The following authorizations are all optional. In other words, certain features may not be accessible if you have disagreed to giving permission, but the WAUG app itself is still available.
· READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Used for user's profile photo and media uploads on reviews
· WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Used for user's profile photo and media uploads on reviews
· ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION : Used to search for nearby activities
· ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION : Used to search for nearby activities

Please note: This function is only available in Android 6.0 and later. If your Android version is before 6.0, you need to update the software to configure app authorizations. You can edit your existing authorizations in device settings after updating your software.

Ratings and reviews

Used this app to book a buffet at a hotel during the busy Christmas season and the transaction was very easy and efficient. The app also indicated any further instructions we need to do, like calling the hotel to reserve the seats. Instructions are detailed, and the app is very convenient and easy to use. The choices are not as extensive as other apps yet, but the interface is very friendly and easy to use. I recommend exploring and using this app!

Zero support. Credit card deducted but nowhere to find the voucher, not in the app no in the online account. There wasn't even an email confirmation! The activity is within 24 hours. This totally ruins my plan. Don't know how such high ratings come from. The only solution is to dispute with the credit card company.

Although the app knows my language is English, the screen to get to live chat is in Korean. The existence of customer support is questionable. Neither the app nor their website was designed by a professional
