This program is used for editing your prefix phone number in contact.
For ios: https://apps.apple.com/vn/app/contactprefixfixer/id1635039737
For example:
Your mobile phone number: 0902145545 and you want to add +84 prefix to your contact to get +84902145545.
Some phone company plans, such as AT&T Prepaid, will charge you if you dial anything other than a 10 digit number. Even dialing a 1 on a number such as 1-888-123-4567 will cause your plan to not renew. Also, your phone book may still have local 7 digit numbers in it without an area code. Such numbers will also cause your plan to not renew. This app fixes all of these conditions.
If you merge contacts from many sources, your contact phone may be duplicated. You can use this program to remove duplicated phone in the same contact name

Worked perfectly. Backup your contacts first just in case. I had an issue with numbers in my Google messages app thinking the phone numbers were from the country I was in when the conversation started, so when moving countries the numbers without the country code showed as the number instead of the name. After fixing the contacts with this app I uninstalled updates from the Google messages app and reinstalled them. Everything is fixed now!

Fixed my issue of the galaxy watch 6 not showing caller id because of country codes. I just removed the country code from all the contacts. There is still the issue with old historic outgoing calls not showing the contact properly, but that's not as big of an issue.

My smartwatch (Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic) couldn't display the caller ID for incoming calls if there was a country code before the phone number. I downloaded this app and removed all country code prefixes in a matter of seconds. Saved me having to do it manually. Thank you so much!
