This is a great commentary. This commentary helps explain the bible so well that it encourages me to study the bible often every day. Now, instead of just trying to read through the bible, I read 1 chapter in the bible, and then I read a few pages in this commentary each day until I get through that chapter. This makes the bible more meaningful for me.

An excellent tool to have in one's pocket. The fact that I'm able to use the app when I'm offline is a gem. I also love how I'm able to flip through the pages as with a hard copy. It is very easy to navigate through the different books and chapters. My biggest concern with it, however, is the different ads that constantly pop up. Those can be a real distraction & a detailer of thought when I'm trying to study texts. But, seeing as the app is free, guess it's to be expected. Strongly recommend

Matthew Henry Commentary is generally a good source of help. 1 suggestion I have with the app is that a search feature will be made available like on Bible apps - People must be able to search directly for commentary on specific verses, instead of working through a whole chapter before a verse can be reached, like in the physical book format. Furthermore it's a well-blessed resource - Thaks for that. No ads in this app are better than to share any.
