TimelyCare is an all-in-one solution that provides 24/7, easily accessible, private, and direct mental health and medical services to foster student success and improve the health and well-being of campus communities through equitable access to care.

Based on an academic institution’s subscription to TimelyCare’s services, enrolled users can access virtual visits via the app or website with a nationwide network of care providers, including but not limited to doctors, counselors, nurse practitioners, health coaches, and success coaches. All visits are 100% confidential and secure.

The platform’s services include scheduled mental health counseling, on-demand emotional support, on-demand and scheduled medical care, psychiatric care, health coaching, on-demand or scheduled student success coaching, basic needs assistance, faculty and staff guidance, peer support, and self-care content.

TimelyCare’s digital self-care includes a community for peer-to-peer support, self-care content on topics like stress, anxiety and relationships, success courses to help students navigate common academic, financial and career challenges, and self-care journeys designed to help users navigate the unique health challenges they face and achieve better health and well-being.

Don't use this app if you value your mental health. The providers themselves are top-notch, but the app is definitely not engineered with MH patients in mind. They force you to do these "pre-visit health reviews" before your appointment EVERY TIME or else you can't see the provider, they send so many notifications before and after each appt. w/o anyway to modify their recurrence sending my anxiety through the roof, and the app itself has horrible video connectivity. 0/5

I really love the new community tab but it's not working for me at all. I keep trying to write this encouraging comment on someone's post, but when I tap the send button, it does nothing. It won't respond. So I can't comment on a post. I don't know if there's a character limit or what but there shouldn't be one. Also for longer comments, allow the user to scroll up through what they have written. As of 9/26/22 I cannot comment or easily navigate through a long comment I'm trying to type.

I have attempted scheduling appointments with a counselor multiple times. Each time, I get a text asking if I want to cancel my appointment, then it automatically cancels my scheduled appointment without my approval. I'm so frustrated. I have called customer service multiple times and they mentioned that the tech team is aware. When can we expect a fix???

What happened was certainly not by design and was a bug within the app. The tech team was able to load a fix to the Google Play store so your account should no longer have any issues.
