Why is it that when ever I am trying to update my documents it's telling me invalid session ID 😒 And I also can't chat the customer care You guys team are useless to be honest because customer care is suppose to be available 24/7 for everyone not specifically for those with work email and please fix the verification process

I have been using the app for a week and why all of a sudden I cannot log in. it always ask to confirm my identity. I Ve done KYC so why and what to confirm. I upgraded the app and when I log in, it show the numbers for passkey but I can't do it coz there is no zero appearing in the numbers. pls. fix this.

Very weird and annoying app... Trying to upload my doc. several times today keeps saying failed with no known or stated reason, trying to chat up customer service to complain and it requires a working email,my Gmail not allowed to use to speak to customer service... Ridiculous. first time I'm seeing this in a crypto app... Nonsense. I only came here because of Bondex reputation score task...If not while will be on such an app.. Logically I thought unknown apps will make their process seamless.
