Unable to connect to app. keep saying i need to connect internet, wifi signal but somehow my signal is full, my wifi is working correctly. And i checked with the other applications, they all work perfectly.

Can not log in, tried different way to restore password/many way to loing in via Line, Facebook, tried to re-registered but still failed I lost a lot of my point /benefits from restaurants (used to be Blank members but going to stop eating here again)

To those who can't login with website username, you need to register in the App again (using the same e-mail and password is fine), then add your member card. That's it.
