I can't receive calls on my new activated SIM card. And contacting customer support is impossible. The contact form is unavailable, there is no chat with a person and even the chat with the chatbot is not working!

It is sad that in order to review my balance, my invoices (paid and unpaid), and my data consumption i have to go to the website (which is also buggy). The app just occupies space in the phone and only worked at the time of installation. Months after being transferred from Chess to Telia it has not changed from the first time i logged in, this app is completely useless, and far inferior than the chess one. Hopefully some effort is directed towards bettering this app.
