Ratings and reviews

App is so glitchy and unreliable, you're better off calling for a reservation. You can't edit a reservation seconds after you've made it, so you end up canceling and making a new reservation, causing your card to be double charged. Also, if you need to edit your reservation, don't count on using any discounts from your previous reservation, they're gone now. I love Wally Park but this app needs serious work.

The app has about a 50/50 shot of working on any given day. It will not let me log in due to "very slow internet" although excellent service for any other apps. It will crash at various times in the booking process, leaving me to think I've been double charged (I haven't been yet). When it works, it's great, but I rarely get to that point.

This app can't finalize ANY transaction i tried to do. Its not user friendly and its recommended to use the app for "discounts". Its not worth the agitation it causes. Granted I tried multiple times over multiple dates to modify my reservation. It wouldn't accept or acknowledge the changes I needed to make. It really shouldn't be this frustrating.
