Digital platform designed for HSBC Mexico that allows you to carry out procedures safely. With it you can:
Scan your INE and take a selfie for maximum security when completing your procedures.
Share documents with your executive.
You can sign the documentation remotely from any mobile device, with complete security and in compliance with regulations.
How does it work?
-HSBC, following up on a banking procedure, will share a QR code with you via email for your document upload and signature process.
-Identify yourself with your INE and take a selfie for identity validation.
-Upload the documents that were requested by HSBC.
-Generate a security code to protect your documentation.
-Sign the documents that were requested by your executive with your finger or stylus. During the signing, a video will be recorded to ensure that it is you who is signing and to adhere to the applicable regulations.
