Worried about their drivers. Many are guilty of driving erratically, crossing the solid yellow line And other errors of judgment. Trying to be fair? I have had some good experiences with the drivers from that company too. But more of the bad driving in taxis seems to come from that company.

Tried to use app but only have data, no working phone number so wasn't able to use the app. App requires a phone number and then texts a confirmation code
