Horrible application, horrible UI, does not scale up to device, unresponsive most of the time, unable to make payments even though topped up, what a waste of money and time, rather use Boost application where developers respond to users and make it more intuitive and makes you feel like using the application. Supposed to do one thing -> make payments convenient and easy, please do more user testing, new design standards material design etc make it more responsive to match new devices

It's not user-friendly. I have to wait for 1 hour to login my account because of 3 failed attempts. Its ridiculously long to wait 1 hour for login the account after inputting wrong username/password. Shorten the time to 10 or 20 minutes. The app will be much better if devs change it. Edit: Well I finally could login the app 2 weeks ago. Completely forgot about the review that i wrote. I don't know if the dev fix the issue relate to the issue which I mentioned above. So 4 stars for now.

The app QR scanner on utility bills is not working. I could scan the QR using my phone camera, but when it's on the app cannot scan at all. Same goes to the other spay account on another phone. Pls look into this
