I think it's amazing app. Our city really does need this. But what is very frustrating is I just downloaded the app. The moment I opened it and started looking around, a box continuously pops up saying a new version of this app is ready to update it. I click on update and it takes me to my store and there is no update. Kind of irritating so far. Hope this issue can be fixed soon.

I prefer to use my Android tablet over my cell phone when it comes to typing and reading/seeing what is written on a screen. I was unable to complete my report as there is no tab; i.e., "Next" button to get out of the comments field in the Code Enforcement form. Based on this, I wonder if the app is accessible to people with disabilities such as those with low vision. This is an important requirement in academic web applications; however, I don't know if it applies to a police department.

good looking interface but constantly asking to update even after a fresh install. otherwise a good intiative. have also a place where you can give feedback and thank the officers for their hardwork. May be it is there but the 'update' prompt doesnot allow you to go further.
