The application provides all information about apnea in a clear and structured manner. The theory covers content such as basics, physiology, physics, equipment, safety and disciplines. You can test your knowledge in a quiz and take a simulated certification in exam mode. In the training section, you will learn the different methods, e.g. Pranayama or training according to tables with concrete proposals and training plans.

Additional tools such as the diving checklist, logbook and documents for managing your digital certifications help in everyday training and diving.
