This App hasn't been working for the past 3 weeks. I can't access my policies and check my balance on my personal pension. Secondly this app's update happened in December 2024. It's been almost 5 months now and no new update is available. The introduction of the app is helpful only to the extent that it's reliable and available at all time. In this current circumstance, I am unable to rate the efficiency and effectiveness of the app. It is not reliable. Figures change to the anyhow.

Romeo Opoku I also encountered the same problem as my colleagues have expressed. I retyped the verification code and sent it on several occasions but failed. I tapped the resend verification code, but it still did not work. I tried my email address as well but I had a challenge with my password section. Due to the above complaints, the team should work more on the app in order to fulfill its purpose. Thank you.

please make your app simple to use. after initially logging in, wanting to view the full details of my policy I have to create another password again and after creating one password to view one policy, I have to create another password just to view a 2nd policy. when I have already logged in. then what is the purpose of the 1st login, if I have to create 2 different sets of passwords just to view my policy. I was hoping this problem has been resolved 5 years ago but still same
