It's good app but not allowed to taking screenshot, it's getting problem in field engineers, please fix this problem it's getting very difficult to work

There is no option to enter username or password after the connection has been selected. Needs support.

Worked great until the last update. Unable to scan multiple items with a scanner now without deleting previous entry, which is time consuming. Contacted company as soon as I noticed this issue, which was shortly after the last update, still no fix...
