Ratings and reviews

Works for the most part. Poor text/background choices. Some pages have a black background with grey text. This makes it hard to read instructions. Ordering from the menu is easy but when trying to check out, the option to login to my Landry membership account doesn't work. So I have to check out as a guest which means I am not receiving my purchase points. Also I am not able to apply my gift card for payment. This will be an amazing app if thes things are addressed.

The concept of the Landry app is good however it has a few issues that need attention. There's major lagging when you try to open the app; it's almost like it doesn't want to open. They can also do better with giving more information about your transaction once it's been complete. A good idea is maybe finding a way to attach the receipt to the transaction. Other than that, the app is very useful.

Cannot log in. Each time it says my password expired and I need to reset it, but then it asks for a verification code. Then it says "Due to an error we cannot send verification code." Then I go to the Help section to submit a support request, and I get an error saying "Sorry, we are unable to send your help request at this time." This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
