Very Bad Application and customer support is almost NIL. I cannot login app and try to contact with developer in only media found if FB messenger!!! No response from them. When someone is registered with money and no responsibility from customer care this application should be banned. I am lodging a legal complain to ICT department hopefully if i don't receive my money back. Cinematic go to hell !!!

I live in malaysia . I would say as a movie lover that it is quite weak as an Ott platform. Because other platforms can be seen subscribing from anywhere in the world. But the cinematic app lags far behind in this regard. It is very important to resolve this issue.

You can't buy pack with mobile airtime with WiFi. Very bad video UI. If any of sight got touched it skip 5 second. Please fix this
